You can delete your MiPhy account and its data at any time, on the Free or Progress plan.
Fastest way: in the app
- Open MiPhy and sign in.
- Tap your photo (top right) to open Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE and tap Delete my account.
Your account is deleted straight away.
If you have not finished setting up the app, tap Delete my account at the bottom of the consent, setup or activation-code screen instead.

Without the app
Send an email to support@miphyfitness.com from the email address you use to sign in to MiPhy, with the subject "Delete my MiPhy account".
We may send a code to that address to confirm it is you. We will delete your account within [PLACEHOLDER: 7] days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, profile photo, email address, language, units, time zone and plan
- Your setup answers, including health, body and food information
- Your food, water, steps, activity, habit and workout logs, and foods you added
- Your routines, your own calorie and protein targets, and your steps and water goals
- Your body stats (weight, body-fat %, muscle mass) and body measurements
- Your posture photos
- Your mindfulness sessions
- Your weekly check-ins and your AI plans
- Your AI coach chat messages
- Form videos, if you uploaded any
- Your consent records
- A website enquiry record, if it was linked to your account
What is kept, and for how long
- Copies on your own phone: photos or videos you saved to your phone's gallery stay on your phone. Remove them there if you want to.
- AI provider: messages already sent to our AI provider can stay in its systems for up to [VERIFY: provider's retention] days under its terms, and are not used to train its models.
- AI usage record: a cost record of each AI request (feature, model, amount of text, cost) stays in our records without the link to you. It never contains your messages.
- Backups: deleted data can remain in our database provider's backups for up to 7 days, and in our own weekly backup copies for up to [DECISION: about 3 months (12 weekly copies)], after which it is overwritten. [VERIFY: after the Supabase Pro upgrade]
- Security logs: server logs (such as IP address and time of request) are kept for up to 7 days. [VERIFY: after the Supabase Pro upgrade]
- Activation codes: a code you used stays in our records (code, length, date used), without the link to your account.
- Admin activity record: a record of admin actions holds only internal ID numbers, not your content, and is kept for [PLACEHOLDER: retention period].
- Sign-in emails already delivered stay in your inbox, and our email provider (Resend) keeps them for up to 30 days.
- Website enquiry records that were never linked to an app account are not removed by deleting the app account. Email us to have one deleted.
